Workshops
and Talks

Previous talks include:

  • Spirituality and the Body – how spirituality impacts physical health.
  • Preventing and managing burnout for healthcare workers – understanding  the connections between nutrition and our body, empathy and emotional well being, for increased resilience in caring for others.
  • Embodiment and our metabolism – how being in our bodies, examining the stories we tell ourselves about our body image, and learning to love ourselves, allows for the healing and the health we want.
  • Bodily knowing. Learning to love your body – just as you are – through understanding what it’s telling you, so you can find the courage to make change.

The Confident Hormone Club

Dr. Kaylee runs a community membership to engage deeper in the discussion of healing, learning and growing together, over topics that relate to your physical health as well as our mental, emotional and spiritual health.

Perfect for those working with their family doctor, who are interested, but not yet working with a naturopathic doctor or for those who are working with a naturopathic doctor.

Join the club here.

Connecting to our bodies and embracing who they are and what they are telling us, is the best gift we can give ourselves because connection drives us all.

Our Philosophy

There is a sense in which no doctor ever heals.
The doctors themselves would be the first to admit this.
The magic is not in the medicine but in the patient’s body—in the vis medicatrix naturæ, the recuperative or self-corrective energy of Nature.

What the treatment does is to stimulate Natural functions or to remove what hinders them. We speak for convenience of the doctor, or the dressing, healing a cut. But in another sense every cut heals itself: no cut can be healed in a corpse.
