How to shop the clinic
Generally speaking, if you have a big order to place of select brands, it’s best to buy from the clinic. If you want to purchase 1-3 bottles, it’s best to buy from Fullscript. Please note, certain products may only be available from the clinic, or Fullscript.
In general, clinic sells supplements for $2-$5 cheaper per item, than Fullscript.
To place an oder from the clinic:
- In-person pick-up only offered at this time. Supplements will be available from Dr. Kaylee’s Wakefield clinic location, within Physio Des Collines Clinic, 895 Chemin Riverside, Wakefield, Quebec, J0X3G0.
- We have a 4-product minimum to place an order.
- When you’re ready to place an order for 4 or more bottles from the below brands, you message @Admin in your charm portal for your order.
- Orders are taken Mon-Wed, and if placed before 11am, have a 3-business day turnaround. Orders placed on Thursday-Friday will be processed the following week.

HOW TO USE FULLSCRIPT
When you book a discovery call, the clinic will use your name and email to create a user profile in Fullscript.
This will expedite things for Dr. Kaylee when she is writing her prescription to you. You’ll get a welcome email from Fullscript, and you’ll be able to login to look around at supplements they carry. Should you need any professional grade supplements, you can purchase them there as you need, with a 5% discount we give all patients.
If you get a prescription from Dr. Kaylee, and it involves the above brands the clinic sells, you can purchase the supplements the clinic does not carry through Fullscript, and reach out to the clinic to place an order for 4-or more bottles. Remember to do this through a message in your CHARM portal to @Admin.

What makes a supplement professional grade?
Supplements found in retail stores, like health food stores and drug stores, are often made with a dosage in mind that has reduced chances of harm or liability, if a patient is taking it off the shelf, self-directed or without a prescription. Supplements sold by professionals are not only often at a more potent dose, but with more targeted formulas to cause an effect for certain conditions. Professional grade supplements are formulated by scientific advisory boards of medical professionals, and subjected to third-party testing for standardization of medicinal consitutents, as much as clarity from potential toxins.
