How to Pay
- Select the membership payment option you want, and then select any appointment timeslot. (You are not booking an appointment, this is just a placeholder).
- Then fill out our consent form and pay for the Confident Hormone Club. Once paid, you’ll be emailed your payment receipt, from ‘[email protected]’.
We meet virtually from 12-1pm EST on select Wednesdays.
