Hi, I'm Kaylee Alton, Naturopath

I’m a naturopathic doctor in Ontario and a naturopath in Quebec, and digestive & hormone health nerd. I am trained annually, by different medical and naturopathic doctors to keep up on the research and the latest in medicine.  I’m here to bring this expertise to you. 

I see the struggle (and went through it personally), in women in my practice daily, who feel disappointed, lost, and alone trying to navigate their body changes. 

 There is a path forward. 

I’ve helped hundreds of patients become symptom free and thrive in their lives because they have their health. I’ve seen that this transformation patients are searching for, needs to get out there in a different format. So that’s what we are doing. 

We offer consults, education and community, in various forms, to help you on your healing journey. 

I’ve been supporting people learn how their body works since 2012, and am honoured to do so. My goal is that you can learn, look and feel your best.

How We Are Different:

We’ve helped thousands of patients develop personalized health strategies. Our approach is different from traditional healthcare. We focus on understanding your needs early on, setting you up for long-term success with a clear, structured plan, typically over 8-24 months.

All new patients can choose a pay as you go option, or, a payment care plan. Those on a monthly payment plan, begin with the initial 4-month plan.  For all past patients, if its been more than 3 years since you’ve had a consult with us, we’ll ask you to book an initial consult or initial care plan again. 

You can cancel any payment plan, at anytime, by booking an exit call and paying out the services used, at our pay-as-you-go rates.

How We Work:
Dr. Kaylee's approach focuses on comprehensive, personalized care. The first 2 consults (initial and follow-up) within 4 months help assess your health and develop your treatment plan. Lab tests and supplements are additional costs, determine after your initial consult based on your case needs.  We are happy to write a letter to your family physician, nurse practitioner or specialist, to support your case if they can are willing.

For those without a MD/NP, or for any patient, Dr. Kaylee can also write a referral letter to a specific private-pay nurse practitioner she has partnered with, to provider government funded requisitions for lab testing or imaging, or for a prescription. These NP consults are not government funded. Your ND consult fees are inclusive of time spent outside of appointments to write reports, send your visit summary, review your lab testing, and write letters to your medical team when needed. It typically takes 8-24months, to overcome a health concern.

Naturopathy is not a regulated profession in the province of Quebec (unlike most other provinces), as such, Dr. Kaylee Alton, ND - Ontario and Kaylee Alton, Naturopath - Quebec, is limited in the level of care she can offer the public in Quebec compared to Ontario. However, she also practices in Ottawa, and so should you need the added level of care, you can work with her in Wakefield, and receive services from her in Ontario clinic when needed. You will get a naturopathic receipt for which ever location you receive services from.

Naturopathic consults are not meant to replace any current or future conventional medical care. Kaylee Alton, Naturopath, believes everyone should have a naturopath and a family doctor. Under no circumstances is a naturopath trying to impersonate a medical doctor.
